I was just reading the Pattern & Sequence thread on BBD. Does anybody have any GIFS like these with fast pitch players? Thanks!

Or just grab a bunch of clips with the pitcher in it from the model swings thread and frame by frame using QuickTime. Have multiple open at a time and stop each of them at pitcher release (to use the same point as the baseball Pattern & Sequence thread). Use the arrows to cycle back and forth in the frames leading up to release, and also the frames with ball in flight.
