New Coach from Illinois

Hey everyone!

I'm excited to be part of the community here! I played fastpitch for about 12 years, going on five years of playing competitive slowpitch, been an assistant coach for middle school for three years, and have now entered my first year as a head coach for a 12u team.

Any tips for a first year head coach is much appreciated!
