My dd is an 02 and moves up to 14u this fall. This will also be her first fall playing Jr. High ball.
I also play a role in managing her travel ball team. I do the scheduling and such.
From what I've read next season is when my dd should begin to plan for college. I know it's been discussed on here before, and I've read many threads, but what steps should we take to begin down the recruitment road?
What steps should I take as a manager to help put our team in a better position to be recruited.
