Any movement produces momentum (whether it be angular or linear) and without (some) movement no stretch is created and without stretch no HR are created ;)...so saying no momentum is a stretch..(I crack myself up)

Donny Buster talked about the HR derby being based on momentum and not the true swing.



What Donny meant was the contestants usually are really aggressive since the timing at the derby is the same throughout. They can really let it all hang out. Since then R and D has helped players tap into true power sources more than weight transfer exclusively.
