Everyone... sorry about the advertisement...
But Aug 1-2 is the Men's Major Fastpitch tournament I run in Erie PA. Anyone willing to make the trip will see, literally, the best pitchers and players from all over the entire globe: Japan, Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, USA.
8 teams will compete for a hefty prize money.
Games start at 9am Saturday. Use this address for your GPS 1137 E. 11th St. Erie PA
Games will conclude with the top 6 making the play off bracket Sunday (8 total teams are entered).
WARNING.... anyone coming, put away your "he's crowhopping" comments and just enjoy the speed and movement of the pitchers. You will be amazed. And probably equally amazed that the hitters couldn't care less about crow hopping and still hit the ball because, crow hopping or not, it still has to cross the plate. I can promise anyone coming, who's never seen world class men's fastpitch that you will be stuck with open jaw syndrome from seeing these guys in action. No, I won't be pitching.. I am tournament director. So, I don't mean to be rude if anyone comes and introduces yourself... I will just be running mad trying to put out fires and handle things. Those of you with the weekend off... this would be worth the trip for sure. You will never look at fastpitch the same way, I can promise that.
