I disagree......it equates to teaching bat lag. Her hands stay in front of her rear elbow, which will allow tremendous torque to be applied to the bat to get to contact.

And as long as you keep making your late wrist release point I will keep disputing it....the release starts when the barrel started to move at the top in the first few frames...not sure why you can't just pick up a bat and swing into a pad/heavy bag and feel the difference instead of insisting that there is a late release....
SL - I would say to you that you aren't aware of the wrist movement needed to effectively drive a nail into a piece of wood....your wrist and forearm are heavily involved way before the nail is struck....better yet - swing a hammer and try and release it late - meaning hold the wrist firm and then release late.
