You must avoid external rotation of the humerus.

Not sure if this has been said, inferred, whispered etc....but to do the above you do need to pull back the scap and keep it pulled back.

And another key piece
It is actually your fused torso working tilting over the back of the ball of your femur.

is learning how to tilt at the rear hip joint.

Dueling triangles:
TRIANGLE TURN:
The triangle is the relationship of your forearms to your chest.

The lead elbow works up. The rear elbow works down. At first Bonds triangle was pointed downward. Sun light rays would pass through it. At the end, he can almost look through it. It has been turned.

Are you attempting to highlight a difference between clubbing and swinging?
No attempt. The differences 'speak' for themselves.
But, let's not forget that one hitter is swinging at moving ball. The point is both swings will get you 'into the ball game'.

Do you have any examples of the clubbing approach being performed by those playing at a high level?
