Knee pad

DD is diving a lot for ground balls and line drives. Knees are getting banged up pretty bad. Anyone DD wear knee pads? Looking for recommendations. Thinking of trying volleyball knee pads.

My daughter wears a mizuno sliding pad. They are priced reasonably and has saved her knee from getting banged up from
sliding. Bonus part is it has saved pants$$$.

Just about everyone on DD's team uses the mizuno sliding pad. Some of the players even have a backup. Most of the time, though, they only wear them to protect a banged up knee.

As primarily as a catcher, my DD wears sliding pads on both knees, so it feels balanced under her leg guards. She also likes the extra protection from collision as a runner, and from the ground while playing IF.
