ASA rules.
Pitcher brings her hand together for more than 10 seconds. PU calls out IP and then kills the play. Shouldn't the PU signal IP and then let the play continue? Delayed dead ball. I didn't argue, as my runner was allowed to come home and then a ball given to the batter.
Also, how do I score this? Should I give my batter an RBI?
