It seems like my students don't ice, but I found this site and wanted to share it.

My daughter used one of these when she pitched. Worked pretty well.

Thanks for the link Amy- DD needs to ice her elbow after every game and DOESN'T! With this it should be easier to keep her on top of it.

Amy we got one these this year after our rotator cuff injury, not sure if it works or not but so far we are pain free.
