I have visited this forum a few times over the past few years and finally decided to create an account. I have been coaching at the HS level for the past 6 years and the MS level the 2 years prior. I will be moving up from varsity assistant and taking over the head varsity position next season. I am sure you all will be helpful when I need a quick answer or need to air out any thoughts/ideas. Hopefully I can provide some helpful insight as well.
