Coach (youth, varsity?) from MO

Hey all,

I've been mostly assistant coaching baseball/softball (as well as basketball) since my daughter was in coach pitch. She's now a senior and her school team is struggling to fill a vacancy . I've interviewed and hope to be accepted, and am joining to fill in the gaps I have between youth level ball and JV/Varsity ball.

Thanks! I'm excited, the team and parents appear to be excited, I've got good assistants and lots of other help. We're a rural team that had 19 girls show up for our first team meeting. It should be a fun year.

19? One team? Cuts? Keeping 38 happy parents will not be easy. But it can be done. You are going to have to brush up on substitutions rules. Good luck.
