If you really want to stop heckling from bothering a pitcher, here is what you do:
The game is similar to knockout:
You have your pitchers in a line. The first starts pitching, after she throws a couple of good pitches, you start telling her, "Oh...you are going to throw this one away. You are going to put it over the backstop. When you do, please don't hit my car." etc.
The pitcher will start laughing somewhere in there and throw the ball away. When she does, the next pitcher pitches. Same thing. Rinse and repeat.
They get to stay on the mound as long as they throw strikes. When they throw the ball away, they get replaced.
Keep it funny...the funnier the better. Come up with silly nicknames, tell knock-knock jokes, anything. Have another coach get on the other side of her, and you two have a conversation about how long it will take for the pitcher to throw one away.
Most girls won't be able to do more than a few pitches.
