Got to demo the new Boombah -9 & -10 recently. Daughters reaction was "meh, it's OK but I like my LXT better". To me, the Boombah looked and felt in hand like a CF, but swung heavy like a Mako or a new model Rocketech. The coating was an interesting add, supposedly aides backspin. Graphics were really cool on it, may move some on looks alone. If it was around $150 - $180 it could be an interesting bat to try out, but at the low end of the high $ bat market at $250 it will probably be too big of a financial risk/reward to choose this over a proven LS or Demarini.
