Mojo ball is light as a feather and stays close even on good hits, like the tcb it provides instant feedback with its shape on contact ..tcb wiffle balls are great too but will travel 75 or 100 feet on a good hit. The heavy tcb will stay close but shouldnt be used constantly. Maybe 12 per session or a pregame warm up. Soft toss real balls into your net every day, to isolate form and build muscle memory.
