IMO opinion she looks like a athletic player. From a hitting critique she doesn't understand the hitting sequence. Right now, She just shifts over the back leg, and the squishes the bug (Turn the rear leg). Due to not having a understanding of sequence she has elbow drag and straightens out the front arm. IMO she needs to learn sequence. Meaning: Gather, Coil/Separation, and Launch Position. Learning sequence will help her not being stuck on the backside. Others may have more to add to this.

Also the Tee is to far out front and when you can could you post a video of her hitting live or front toss. Those will give a better representation of her current swing to critique,

all back in load then then all forward. This video seems to be the favorite in getting a proper load and stride out.

I agree it all back and then all forward. Very common for many young hitters including my own DD. Its due to not understanding sequence and how to use the back side properly. The goal for every hitter is to learn how to get to a good launch position. The launch position is pretty much universal to every good hitter. The only way to get there is to learn sequence. The video you posted is a good starting video to learn. It will take you pretty far if you can learn it well. But again I emphasize sequence. Gather, Stride/separate or coil, Launch position.

Her hands are too high and stance and bat is laid too flat imo. A good launch position has knob of bat pointed at catcher and barrel angled directly over batters head. Someone posted a pic of some of the best hitters at swing launch. I would try to mimic the hand position (around back shoulder), knob position (towards catcher), and barrel position (over head) of a good swing launch in her stance. She takes a healthy cut which is half the battle! Good luck
