I always liked the smaller gloves for learning. A kid needs to learn how to properly catch a ball and with bigger gloves sometimes that does not happen. If your dd can use the 11 inch glove and the ball fits in there. I would stick with what she has. Some older girls use 11.5 inch gloves with the bigger ball.

My DD loved the Mizuno Prospect, and they have models that are not pink if you want, but you may have to contact them. My DD hates pink lol. Everyone wants to go bigger in hopes that they will catch more balls, but be careful here. The bigger gloves are often heavier and have larger hand wells. These gloves cannot be properly tightened and do not fit on their hand properly.

Get the Prospect glove and teach them how to catch because they have the proper fundamentals, not because they have a basket on their hand and are lucky.
