Weird play. 1 out, runner on 3rd. Right hand batter takes full swing, hits ball, ball ends up a little in front of home plate, inside the foul line but is in the left hand hitters batter's box and stops. Blue calls foul ball. Explanation from blue, any ball ending up in the batter's box is foul. Coach argues any ball ending up inside the foul line in front of home plate including home plate is fair.
What's the correct call?

A good portion of both batters boxes are in fair territory. If the ball is on or inside of the imaginary line extending from the rear tip of the plate to the foul line it is a fair ball.

If you have ever lined a field, the back tip of the plate is the starting point, making part of both batters boxes in fair territory.

Correct. Now if the batted ball hits the batter anywhere in the batters box its dead ball and foul even if its forward of the imaginary line but still in the batters box.

By the way, any ball that lands on top of and stays on home plate is a fair ball. Seen this call blown several times.
