Equipment sizing for 8U

I'm running a fairly new program and I'm trying to figure out what size equipment to order for 8U. It's been about 10 years since I've had any involvement with this age. I need to get helmets, catcher gear, and a few bats. Thanks!

At that age, most of your helmets and catching gear are all going to be youth sizes. Even an adult small will most likely be too large for the girls. The bats would be in the 27-30 inch sizes. There's no need to spend a lot on bats at that age. Try to find some good used ones that people have outgrown to save some money.
