Our team has an older 32/22 Easton Stealth SSR3B. It is well used (1,000's of hits), and the ball explodes off this bat. The connection is still good, and it does not wobble.

A girl just got a brand new 2015 32/22 Easton Mako FP15MK10. Out of the wrapper, it is not anywhere close to the stealth. With the Stealth, I can fungo over a 250' fence. The same swing with the Mako goes 215'ish.

Anyone with any experience with the Mako? Will it break-in and get hotter with many more hits? Will it ever hit a good as the Stealth?

Thanks for any input!

The SSR3B is one of the hottest bats left on the ASA approved bat list and while not as hot as the older SCN1Bs it is a workhorse and a much better bat than a Mako.
