Is there a list of the top 50 or more teams ?
I see only 30 teams listed on the NCAA site .
Does Massey ratings predict DII softball ? Where ?
Same questions for DII.

Yes, Massey does rank them -

Massey Ratings - CSOFT

His preseason rankings are based on the program's recent history, not current personnel, but IMO, his rankings are the best way to figure out the general strength of programs, especially those that aren't well known. like D-II. You can also combine his D-I, D-II, D-III rankings and see how strong some D-II programs are relative to D-I programs.
