DD Freshman Year Cuts

Like RHC and FFS stated your DD needs to get the rear side involved in the swing. Have the rear side in charge of the stride. I get the 'feeling' of your DD just reaching out with her stride leg/foot.

Maybe the drill will help with the proper feeling?

When doing this drill try to think of the rear leg driving the swing. Think of 'turning the barrel to the ball' from behind a corner.
Posting a female hitter doing the drill also for you DD.
