I’d like your opinion on whether this is a crack or not. Bat also has very minor rattle. Bat is still in warranty. Should I send it in now or keep using it?

Do you want to keep as a practice bat past its warranty?
What do you think an Umpire will say at an inspection?

Still in warranty seems appropriate answer.

Its the size of a pencil head...use it.

If you only had 1 month left on warranty, then try to replace.
