cold is so relative. 50* here in Ohio and most girls are barely considering wearing hoodies yet.

Just like everyone else, UA and hand warmers. Sweatshirt to warm up in, but never worn in the field (blankets in the dugout if it's really cold).

50, lol. Hoodies what are those?

Not a lot but DD has pitched in below freezing weather. Fan on layers, handwarms or dugout heater did not seem to make a difference. If it is windy I am all for keeping the wind off them while in the dugout.
