Coiling early?

Is there such a thing as to early? If there is a rythm to it is there such a thing of coiling to early?

He isn't FBC, he is coil and then move forward while maintaining coil.

Cruz, I would say pre-sets his rear leg with the 'pigeon toed' rear foot. I wouldn't say he 'pre-coils'. I think this set up 'helps' Cruz get a tighter feeling in his rear hip.

There maybe a problem of coiling to early if the hitter starts, stops, waits, then starts again.

I guess there is some left over coiling as he moves forward. So you might say he does FBC.
