I believe you should only approach the coach under two conditions:
- You have concrete examples where the coach directly affected your DD or you
- You are a good friend of the coach and you believe he/she is making a good faith effort to be a good coach. In this situation it is OK to give the coach a heads up that there is a problem brewing.

Otherwise, encourage the parents that feel aggrieved to approach the coach themselves.

So many parents would rather sit back and throw stones rather than address the issue while something can be done. If the parent(s) waits until the end of the season, there is no way to fix the problem now and salvage the season.

Also, is the coach always like this or is this unusual? The behavior as stated is not good on many levels, but what else is going on with him/her to cause this outburst?
