I saw a game this weekend where a player got a base hit. The 1st base coach high fived her while the ball was being thrown in. The throw got away from the infield and the coach yelled, "Go!" and sort of pushed the runner slightly toward second base. The runner made it easily, the ump didn't see it so nothing was called.

What is the proper ruling in this situation, assuming the ump did see the contact?

The high-five isn't a problem; the "slight push" is. The runner is out, the ball stays live. 8-7-E in ASA.

Saw a similar incident a couple weeks ago.

Bottom of the 6th, tie game, winning run on 2nd.
Batter singles to RF.
As the BR hits first, she rounds the bag and makes a move towards 2B
Coach grabs her and prevents her from going any further ( i.e: to avoid her being thrown out by RF before winning run crosses)
Blue calls her out ( was before the winning run crossed)

Coach argued he wasn't holding her back, he was "celebrating" with her, but Blue was having none of it
