changing pitchers

In an ASA 12U league, are there any rules regarding how many times a girl can pitch, be moved to the field, pitch again, move to the field, pitch again?

Could I pitch pitcher A against the top 6 hitters in the lineup, pitcher B against the bottom 6 in the lineup, then bring pitcher A back in for the top 6, go back to pitcher B for the bottom. Could I do this all 7 innings?

No rule against it, only rule that would affect you is if a pitcher returns to pitch in the same inning she is not entitled to warm up pitches.
