Changeup - Sorry

There are some good changeup threads but I can not find the one I want.

I am looking for a good circle change up thread with video I can show DD.

Hopefully someone can point me to it or attach video again.

Heck of a changeup, I need to explain how to throw it too.

Here's another, not a circle, but close. Looks like she throws it the same way. Hand, fingers working over top of the ball

There is only one change up IMO. It is thrown with the horse shoe grip and release.
