CF6 Length?

Got DD a 32" CF6 insane and next to a 2013 32" CF5 the CF6 is an inch longer.
Looks like Demarini includes the end cap in there measurements which means Barrel to knob not including end cap the insanes are longer by 1"

Anyone else notice this?

DD has a 32/22 CF6 Insane and 2014 32/23 Xeno. Both similar length.
