I am trying to find the rule that only allows a player to be registered on one team for championship play and a rule that states once a player is classified as A level they cannot play down a level. Thank you.

I would start with the Region or Metro handbook for where you live. Also look at the ASA Code ASA Code, Playing Rule Changes
