I'll get some new video soon to share but she has picked up a couple MPH aready and we have only been working on it a few weeks. We are having trouble finding time to pitch now that she is playing basketball for middle school.

Looking forward to it. My daughter wants to pitch again, but not have it be her primary position so she will be throwing over the winter. I will get her on tape as well to share.
