A runner is on 3rd base. Catcher catches the pitch and takes a couple quick steps toward third in throwing position to force runner back to base. Batter swung and missed pitch but then stepped out of box taking a second swing striking the catcher in the arm and knocking her out of the game. Is this not batter interference? No call was made.
