DD is quickly outgrowing her CF5 Insane 34" 24 -10 My question is, should I drop her down -8 or would that be to much of a drop. Just don't know how much differnce there is with the end weighted CF5

You need to tell us more about her. I recently loaned a 9yo, a -8, but she is 150 pounds.

14yrs 5'10" 155lbs and strong with good bat speed. Swings the present bat like it was nothing

You can go to a slow pitch bat...but really that is extremely rare.

I would bet there is only a couple 14u players anywhere that are swinging a game bat heavier then 24oz.

OK so an obvious question; how is she preforming with this bat? what does her swing look like?

At 14 even being a tall girl I just don't see her really having outgrown a 34/24 anything is possible but if she is performing well, why do you feel the need to change?

She is a strong hitter and her swing is nice. I'm no hitting expert so I ask questions. If she is able to swing this bat with athourity wouldn't the natural pergression be to add weight?

I would recommend that she borrow a bat or two that are -9 & -8 ... let her feel it out before dropping $300 on a bat she doesn't like.
