Bat Requirements 2013

My daughter has a 2011 XENO and we are wondering if this will still be legal to use in 2013. I heard something about new bat rules starting in September of 2013 that would make her bat illegal because it does not have a sticker of some sort. She plays year round, so I dont want her going into the meat of the season with a bat she will not be able to use all year. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe there is a new sticker coming out for slow pitch bats, but not aware of any change for the fastpitch bats.

It is only for Usssa, and they delayed it again unti 2014.

It is only for Usssa, and they delayed it again unti 2014.

The USSSA thumbprint 1.20 BPF stamp will be required as of Jan 1, 2014. (Unless they push it back, again.)

Bumping this back up. It seems that this rule is now effective 1/1/14. Is it only USSSA?

Yes, only USSSA. Most of the others rely on the ASA approved bat list. All the more reason not to play USSSA - I have 3 players that use SRV4B bats.
