When hitting you could do the following.
Divide your team into three groups.
1. Hitting and baserunning off live pitching or machine
2. Completing your hitting drills circuit/stations
3. Fielding the balls that are hit.
You would need no less than 12 to complete this drill but it keeps everyone busy and incorporates baserunning into every practice that you have hitting time. We also like to incorporate sliding with our baserunning so we get 20-30 practice slides in a week.
