A few more swings this past week. Hit a few buckets working to have a consistent launch position (clouded by her attempts to go yard), and another feeder game where she focused on it as well...and found the left CF gap with nice rope.
Some gains in stretch (getting better, consistent fyb) and strength are a nice combo.

Looking great!
I love the front foot hovering, delayed foot plant. It’s delayed because the backside drops the foot.

I was happy to see her hover and stay in control in the game clip.
Lots of things have to be present in order to time and position the body this way. Great job

Just my .02, she drifts or gets stuck. Hard to control.
