My 13 yr old who is 6' tall and all legs (38" inseam) was told by her future high school coach that her stride is too long and she needs to shorten it, throw her elbow up and hop on her finish. Maybe I should show her this chart? lol

This was linked on our team page as well. The chart certainly made 10 yo dd feel good about herself but no need to take it any further than that.
