2019 Ghost warranty question

That's great! I have my fingers crossed we get a 2020 in place of ours too. But the CS didn't say a word about it so who knows. Of course we won't be upset with either. I'm just happy we're able to talk about not just good customer service, but going above and beyond in this day and age!

I have my fingers crossed, too. It would be great to have a 2020 ghost. But I'll be just as happy with a 2019.

My rep was great to work with and went way above and beyond what she needed to. I could have just as easily paid to replace the bat since it was out of the warranty period. But, I'll be an Easton fan for a long time.

Hahaha, I was just bustin on ya
Easton knows they have a problem and do a good job with replacement. Got a ghost from core, dd shark toothed it two months later. Called Easton said she had a showcase the coming weekend and they got one out that day. Unfortunately same thing happened to it.
