Made the mistake of showing DD. Now she keeps looking at me with the puppy dog eyes saying she "needs" a new bat for her birthday in August
She already has a 2014 Xeno and a 2014 LXT. Ugh

The 2016s feel the same, sound the same and weigh the same as the 2015s. I didn't come out and ask the rep about any differences, but if I were a betting man, I'd say they're identical except for the paint job.

Its has the plus composite design which is a double lay up in the comp film. Now if I had bats to burn thru I would cut one open to see what it looks like

I don't like the color, but then again, I don't play fastpitch softball. I wish they would make every new bat big toe ugly !! That would at least keep my DD from starting to "look". She LOVES her 2015 LXT though,,, thank you Core Softball Sales !! Sweet bat for sure., With better service to go along.

LS rep told me, that their feedback from college players, was that the 2012 Xeno was their favorite on feel,balance and pop. He said That the 2016 is a copy of the 2012 Xeno.

DD feels the same. LOVED her 2012 Xeno.

Also, I went to a D2 game today and noticed that the player who is now in the top 3 for career homers in D2 history uses the 2012 Xeno. At least 3 other players on the team use that model as well.
