From a countdown thread on UCS - Career No. 86, No. 14 for the season. Four behind Nuveman. Chamberlain now alone in third place all-time, one behind #2 Stacie Chambers of Arizona.

Added: I'd like to say 10 more games, but I don't want to jynx her...

I think that number is a little high(10). All things being equal, ie. barring intentional walks, injury, weather, the mental pressure of knowing you're about to be bigger than you've ever dreamed;), I'm gonna guess 8 games or less. We could start a DFP pool?

Pool would be cool... To clarify, she needs 5 to break the record.

She didn't homer yesterday against Iowa. Next 9 games are against Wichita State, LSU (2), McNeese, TX tech (3) and C.Ark (2).
