I've made the mistake of confusing stretch with "Pullback" during stride as taking the slack out.. Thats not taking slack out. To me its simply setting the hands at the launch position.Ok, i think i understand. It just seems counter to what everyone has been saying about taking out the slack and stretching and range of motion. seems more like Altuve if i think of it right.
