Do a search on it here for tip and rip. I came up with this one as a pretty good example of hand action IMO.

Which is essentially this wrist action
I like the hand action here
My thoughts:
1. In her stance hands are high (good)
2. In her load, hands should move below shoulders (they are not) - also would like to see a bigger step.
