WOW a woman gets hit in the face with a baseball from a 11YO boy and is sueing for $100,000. It was on the news and happen while the kid was warming up before a game and in NJ. 
11 YO sued for $100,000 after hitting woman with ball.

It's a sad commentary on how litigious our society is allowed to be. Suing McDs for hot coffee and making people overweight, suing for getting hit at kid's ball games (had a parent sue for getting hit by a foul ball when my DD was younger playing rec), suing because a store didn't warn you for not watching your step at a curb. It's sad and seems like it will never end.
