She doesn't use a backswing. Talked with an athletic trainer on the phone today and he said, she maybe becoming a little lady and her hips maybe getting wider therefore she is hitting her elbow now. I refuse to believe this. LOL. Elbow looks bad but doesn't hurt unless she hits it.
Does she do an out-of-glove pre motion? If so,make sure the ball hand stays in the glove until at least 3 o'clock....maybe even a fraction higher. The glove should guide the ball hand on the correct arm path such that the ball passes over the throwing shoulder. Is she isn't doing an out-of-glove pre-motion....I recommend trying it.
Thank you, went back to basics and talking to her about keeping the ball in the glove longer really cleaned her deliver up.
