Do you have any video of her hitting front toss?
I feel that she has a lot of counter rotation in this swing that may not be there with a ball that was thrown to her.

Here is the front shoulder and front side bend with the attack posture. The head remains over the front hip or very close.

I forgot to make line showing the downward shoulders angle at the launch position. Donaldson shoulders are tilted down, front shoulder lower then the back shoulder. The front side has a bend. front shoulder moves down towards the front hip.
Thanks Shawn! I'm assuming from your and DRDRODD's comments that she needs to coil the shoulders less and focus on more of a scap load with her lead shoulder angled down?
In the picture I posted both hitters are at the launch position. The hands should be over the back foot and not behind the back foot at launch position. The posture difference speaks for itself. I teach (a few kids) Donaldson/s posture. I think it is HL and what smaller hitters do to optimize the swing. Donaldson's frontside is correct, the front side is scrunched or has side flexion. The front shoulder is down and in with the shoulders angled downward at launch.
