What is the purpose of turning the knee completely inside like this?
I believe its a timing/loading mechanic for him. When he loads the front leg it helps him load the back hip and then he uses the turn out to start his torso usage. Def a style. I can stand up and feel it. I have tried it some myself but its a little too much for me.
