LOL...Hardly.. He is getting closer to one legged 2 step ( pull back ride the rear leg then swing) swing.. Lets watch it play out..

SMH...you do know that Judge hits with Rich? That Rich has worked some other Yankees as well? That Rich works with a guy in the minors who hit 311 with 18 HR in 69 games in AA and got promoted to AAA where he has 4 HR and hitting 300 in 18 games so far? That's 22 HR overall and hitting 311. From a guy who is listed at 5-10 180lbs (just so you don't start using the "Judge is just a big guy that can hit the ball far" argument).

Looks like he can stay back and swing whenever he needs to. Check out the hover and SnF mechanics

Which one of those swings do you like?

Adjustability. They are both awesome. And that side by side shows the landing of the front foot isn't responsible for the start of the swing.......That's why I asked you to elaborate......

All I am saying is his pattern appears to be evolving into one legged hitting vs what Bonds, TW, etc were/are doing... For the thousandth time the pattern works, but doesn't match what Rich had claimed forever..

How can you look at that Bonds clip and not see a one legged swing? Or see the hands to rear hip connection that allows his to stay back even when fooled

Bonds pattern allows him to release/fall into his legs while the upper half resists with balance.

Yet you recently wrote the following ....

There really is no stretch. Only contraction. If you keep preaching stretch you are looking at it wrong.
