HS Regionals: Pitching Win, Home Run and First Media Interview

DD has been on fire the past few weeks... yesterday she hit a HR, pitched the last 6 innings of the game for the W (we wont talk about what happened before she entered the game) and then got interviewed for the local newspaper/news website. Moving on to the semi-finals!

We had close to 300 people at the game - in addition to our normal crowd, all our feeder travel teams turned up plus a lot of our former players & parents. Other team brought a good crowd as well.

Pretty cool - one of the good sides of high school softball.

Good luck in the next round. I really enjoy hearing about local media covering HS softball. We are lucky to have a local paper that goes over and beyond to cover HS sports at schools in our area. They cover every sport and also have writes up on every signing.
