    Completely lost when it comes to pitching

    The stride is where the energy for the pitch comes from. Watch the Amanda video and imagine how much energy she would either lose by cutting her stride short or by not pushing off as hard to make her stride that short. That whole video is for a product that tries to maximize the push off.

    The best advice anyone on this site can give you at this moment is to keep her dad out of it. I mean that in a nice way but he isn't doing anything close to constructive with her even with the best of intentions.

    That is hilarious... NSA and ASA are around $4-450. SoftballNation tourneys are $405 and Utrips are a minimum of $500 around here. We did attend an ASA event for $385 though but wasn't a qualifier or anything. Didn't even have to be ASA sanctioned...
